We look at the wiring, not just the ache
Plenty of families arrive here after a long stretch of being told nothing is wrong. A baby who will only turn their head one way. A kid who cannot settle at bedtime. A mom in her third trimester who has stopped mentioning the pain because mentioning it has not helped. The common thread is rarely a single sore joint — it is a nervous system stuck in stress, running everything else while it is stuck there.
So that is where we start. We call our process the Nervous System Reset Method, and it is deliberately unglamorous: find where the system is holding stress, ease it with gentle and specific care, then hand you enough understanding of your own body that you are not dependent on us to interpret it. Educate, ease, empower — in that order, every time.
It also means we tell you the boring parts up front. Visit frequency, what each step costs, what we did and did not find. If you would rather read the whole sequence before you book, what your first visit looks like is laid out end to end, with real numbers.
Built around families, on purpose
Babies, kids & teens
Newborn head-turn preferences and flat spots, colic and sleep, sensory overwhelm, growing-body aches, sports strain, and post-accident care. Pressure for an infant is genuinely light.
Pregnancy & postpartum
Back and pelvic pain, sciatica, round ligament pain, pelvic balance for birth prep, breech presentation, and recovery afterward. Dr. Tori is Webster Certified through the ICPA.
Adults & the whole family
Low back and neck pain, headaches and migraines, chronic stress and poor sleep, posture. Usually the parent who has been carrying everyone else and put themselves last.
These service lines overlap on purpose. The mom we see through a pregnancy usually brings the newborn in a few weeks later, and her older kids end up on the schedule after that.
Measure, adjust gently, explain
We measure before we adjust
We use INSiGHT scanning technology to look at nervous system function before any hands-on care begins.
- Non-invasive — no needles, no radiation
- A baseline, not a guess
- Re-scans you can compare against
Gentle, specific adjusting
Tonal means low-force — sustained, specific contact rather than twisting or cracking. It is not what most adults picture.
- Proficient in the MC2 Tonal Technique
- Genuinely light pressure for infants and children
- Webster Technique for expecting mothers
Educate, ease, empower
Not a slogan — the order we do things in. You see what we found before anything else happens.
- We show you the findings first
- Then reduce held stress and tension
- Visit frequency and costs laid out up front
Two doctors and a team of five
Dr. Tori Hartline, D.C., M.S. owns the practice. She is Webster Certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, proficient in the MC2 Tonal Technique, and holds a Master of Functional Nutrition from Parker University alongside her Doctor of Chiropractic. She cares for women, children, and families, including children with special needs.
Dr. Madison Ryan, D.C. also earned her Doctor of Chiropractic at Parker University and takes a whole-person approach with children, expecting mothers, and families — gentle, low-force adjusting, and a real effort to make every patient feel heard.
Around them: two chiropractic assistants, a nutritionist and health coach, our marketing lead, and Sunny the office mascot — who was a Sunlife patient before she was a team member. You will see the same faces every time you come in, which matters when you are handing someone your baby.

Those are expert-quote contributions rather than awards, but they are a fair look at how she thinks. Frequently asked questions about our practice
What kind of chiropractic office is Sunlife?
We are a pediatric, prenatal, and family practice in Frisco, TX. That means most of our schedule is babies, children, expecting mothers, and the parents who bring them — and the adjusting is gentle and low-force rather than the twisting most adults picture.
What makes your approach different?
We scan before we adjust. INSiGHT scanning gives us a baseline of nervous system function instead of a guess, and we review it with you in plain language. From there the sequence is educate, ease, empower — you can read the whole thing on Our Method.
Who are the chiropractors at Sunlife?
Dr. Tori Hartline, D.C., M.S. is the owner — Webster Certified through the ICPA with a Master of Functional Nutrition. Dr. Madison Ryan, D.C. also sees children, expecting mothers, and families. Both trained at Parker University. Full bios are on Meet the Team.
Is chiropractic care safe for a newborn?
The pressure used on an infant is genuinely light — sustained, specific contact rather than any twisting or cracking. Dr. Tori is Webster Certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, and we explain exactly what we are doing before we do it. See pediatric chiropractic for more.
Do you tell me the cost before I commit?
Yes. Visit frequency and costs are laid out up front, before care starts. What your first visit looks like walks through the whole sequence with real numbers, so you can decide before you book.
Where are you located and when are you open?
