The Basics
Everything listed on this page has already taken place. The pages are kept as an archive, each one holding the real date, the real line-up, and what actually happened.
- In-person location: Sunlife Chiropractic, 3550 Parkwood Blvd #306, Frisco, TX 75034
- Online events: join from anywhere
- Who can attend: anyone — you do not need to be a patient
- Cost: community events usually carried a small ticket or a registration list
- Next dates: call the office at 214-997-1220
Community Events at the Office
In-person and social, held in the evenings or late mornings at the Frisco office. Both filled up through word of mouth.
- Mother Daughter Tea Party — Saturday, April 26, 2025, 10:00–11:00 AM: teas, sweet treats and light bites, plus local vendors to browse
- Fall Floral Design Workshop — Thursday, October 3, 2024, 7:00–9:00 PM: floral design with a North Dallas florist, pumpkin carving and Unrefined Bakery treats
- Materials: provided at the floral workshop, and everyone left with an arrangement of their own making
- Format: small ticket or registration list, in person at the Frisco office
- Open to: mothers, daughters, neighbours and friends of the practice — several guests at both events had never been adjusted here
Programs and Webinars
Longer-form teaching built for parents who want the reasoning behind nervous-system care, sleep, focus and stress rather than a sales pitch.

- 8 Powerful Back-to-School Parenting Tips — four pediatric experts on routines, stress and nutrition for the return to school; held online via Zoom and recorded
- Unlock Your Teen’s Peace & Confidence — roughly an hour online on teen stress, anxiety and nervous system regulation
- Where the recordings live: external platforms — call the office and we will point you to them
- Hosted with outside professionals: a pediatrician, an integrative health coach, a nutritionist and a parenting specialist, alongside Dr. Tori Hartline
