What Adults Come In For
Most adults arrive sideways — in for a child’s appointment, mentioning the neck that has been bad since March. These are the grown-up concerns we see most, all under the same Frisco roof as the kids’ visits.
- Low back pain: desk hours, lifting toddlers, and the mornings it takes ten minutes to stand up straight
- Neck pain: stiffness on one side, limited turning, and the ache that climbs into a headache
- Sciatica: pain, numbness, or tingling traveling from the low back into the leg
- Headaches and migraines that start at the base of the skull by mid-afternoon
- Posture and tech neck: rounded shoulders and a forward head
- Stress, nervous-system tension, and sleep that will not come or will not hold
- Parents usually book for themselves months after bringing their kids in — you can be seen at the same visit rather than waiting for a gap in the week
Adult Care Can Be Firmer, When That Fits
An adult spine that has held a pattern for fifteen years responds to different input than a toddler’s does.
- Adult visits can involve more force — when that is what a body actually responds to
- Some people do better with low-force work instead
- We tell you which category you are in after the exam, rather than applying one technique to everyone
- The practice is built around families, so adult appointments are scheduled alongside the kids’
- No separate trip across Frisco to get seen
Finding the Load, Not Just the Sore Spot
Where an adult hurts is frequently not where the problem is being generated. A neck that aches by 3pm and a mid-back that has stopped rotating are usually the same story told from two ends.
- How you sit, stand, lift, and sleep
- Spinal and pelvic movement through the whole chain, not only the painful segment
- INSIGHT scanning, which shows where your nervous system is spending its effort
- Sleep and stress patterns, which are frequently part of what keeps reproducing the pain rather than an add-on to it
What We Will Not Tell You
Some things you should expect us to refuse to say.
- We do not promise outcomes or put a success rate on a condition
- We do not ask you to commit to a year of care before anyone has examined you
- Restoration plans are quoted with a visit count and a price range before you agree to them, and reviewed as things change
- Sudden severe back pain with loss of bladder or bowel control needs emergency medical evaluation first
- So does progressive weakness or numbness, unexplained weight loss, or a new headache unlike any you have had before
- Those are emergency-room and physician questions, not chiropractic ones

- The first visit is a consultation, a nervous system scan, and an exam

- Most of our families run it that way rather than making two trips
- Care plans are quoted with a visit count and a monthly range before you start
- Current figures are listed on our what to expect page
- Every condition above has its own page, grouped by who is hurting
